| 岗位职责： |
1. Interface with HW/SW engineering in the early design stage of RF test.
2. solution development to RF requesting requirements. 3. Participate in design reviews, performing DFM and DFT analyses. 4. Preparing technical documentation including manufacturing test plan and RF test requirements. 5. Lead manufacturing partners to design and deploy new parametric test stations. 6. Establishes overall RF test strategy for cell-phone, solves Test and DFM. 7. Expected to lead cross Functional/organization teams. 8. Senior technical leader. 9. Cross functional communication. 10. Interpersonal and team skills. 11. Strong presentation skills. 12. Develops solutions to critical and long-term problems of a complex nature. |

1.男性，电子电气相关专业硕士以上学历，10年以上RF开发经验
2.3年以上电气测试或设计经验，必须有RF开发经验 3.英语读写熟练、口语流利 4.必须有手机和无线通信技术经验（其中包括WIFI和蓝牙产品） |
